Todays kids love Digital Technologies, they love playing games and for the most part their digital experiences are highly engaging and interactive.

This workshop provides you with an opportunity to learn how to digitally engage with your students in a way that resonates with them and aligns with their existing digital experiences.

This day long session is broken into two parts:

• The first part of the day we will be using skills from the Designing and Developing Digital Outcomes content of the Technology learning area to brainstorm ideas for games based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
• After lunch we will be jumping into some Computational Thinking activities and learning how to creatively code a 2D video game.
